Who can attend the OG Demo Day?

This event is designed for senior-level operators — VPs, Directors, and Heads of Finance, Strategy, BizOps, RevOps, and People Ops — who want to stay on the cutting edge of tools and platforms shaping how companies operate and scale. You do not need to be an OG member to attend. Invite your colleagues!

Is this event free?

Yes! Attendance is free for qualified operators. We ask that you register in advance and let us know if your plans change, so we can manage capacity.

What’s the format of the event?

OG Demo Day is set to be held on October 21 and 22 from 9am PT - 12pm PT each day.

Each day will include multiple hour-long sessions, bucketed into the 9 curated categories. After each session, we’ll host a private, Operators Guild members-only Q&A and discussion, giving members a space to reflect, compare notes, and speak candidly about the tools presented.

Will I be able to ask questions or interact with other attendees?

If you're a member of Operators Guild, yes! The post-demo debrief sessions are exclusively for OG members, offering a space for real-time peer discussion without vendors in the room. If you’re not yet a member but are interested, you can learn more about joining here.

Can I attend just a few of the sessions?

Yes! You’re welcome to join for whichever sessions are most applicable to your role or interests.

Will sessions be recorded?

Recordings are only available for OG members. We’ll record the demo sessions only, so you can revisit any tools you missed. The attendee Q&A sessions will not be recorded to encourage open, off-the-record conversation.

How are the companies selected?

All companies are curated by a panel of experienced operators. We look for tools that solve meaningful problems, show real traction, and deliver clear ROI for ops teams.
