The Recruiter's Playbook
Our events are designed to ensure you have access to the latest trends, relevant experts and insights to use in your day-to-day operations. More importantly, we're all about forging genuine connections and escaping the daily grind.
We're built for scalers: the operators behind growth at Series A–D companies. They're the connective tissue stitching businesses together across finance, operations, and strategy. Translating ambiguity into action. Plugging gaps between functions. Keeping momentum through every stage of scale.
This isn't a group for specialists.
It's for leaders with horizontal scope whose problem sets cross boundaries. Sales leaders go deep in sales. Engineers go deep into systems. OG members go wide, solving problems no one else sees coming.
If that sounds familiar, you’re in the right place. OG was built for operators who own complexity. For people whose job can’t be contained by a function, who are accountable for outcomes that span the entire business.
