Who the Guild is forBuilt for scalers

Operators Guild is for experienced operations and finance leaders, Director level and above, who are in seat full time at Series A–D companies. They're the connective tissue of their businesses, working across finance, operations, and strategy to turn ambiguity into action, close the gaps between functions, and keep momentum through every stage of scale.

Our members lead with horizontal scope. Sales leaders go deep in sales, and engineers go deep into systems. OG members go wide, solving the problems no one else sees coming.

We keep the room operator-only, so we don't accept vendors, service providers, or investors.
